Day 68 :: Thursday March 8 :: Ottawa

Create something with papier-mâché. You can buy papier-mâché pulp and kits in art and craft stores, but it's super easy to make, so why not give it a try? 

This book keeps throwing me back to childhood! For the first time, instead of starting with an inflated balloon as a base, i followed the book's suggestion and balled up some newspaper to get a basic star shape. Then came the fun/messy/gooey/sticky part (followed, of course, by the not-so-fun cleaning part), and ta-daah! Another star for my collection.
